Baby brand Etta Loves is transferring from its core bamboo fabrication to 100% organic across its entire range; a move that supports building a more sustainable footprint for the brand and business.

The first collection to launch in 100% organic cotton takes inspiration from brand founder Jen Fuller’s four-year-old daughter, Etta, and her love of art. The Eyes print, for instance, is from one of Etta’s many drawings.

The brand’s resident NHS Orthoptist uses science through the scales and spacing of the print to ensure it is specifically designed to the millimetre to support babies’ cognitive and visual development from birth to around four months.

The range consists of a three-pack of 60cm x 60cm muslins in three individual prints; the Lines design, the Eyes design and the Faces design. An XL 120cm x 120cm muslin is also available in the Eyes design.

New mum Jen Fuller founded Etta Loves in order to turn everyday essentials into sensory sensations.

The brand does this by using the science of what babies can and can’t see. It then uses this to create clever and stunning patterns. Each print in the collection is designed precisely with Etta Loves’ consultant Orthoptist (a specialist in children’s vision).

This ensures that every pattern, colour and scale is led by science to support both babies’ visual and cognitive development.
