Inspired by the National Trust’s “50 things to do before you’re 11 ¾ activities,” Garden Growers – Frugi’s fourth capsule collection with National Trust for s/s 22 – entices budding gardeners to explore the outdoors and get closer to nature. The colourful collection for 0-8 years encourages children to learn how to plant and care for plants, flowers and vegetables.

The unisex Garden Growers collection includes a pair of reversible shorts, two applique T-shirts and a Snuggle Fleece; all made using organic cotton. Plus, the best-selling waterproof Rain or Shine Jacket and the all-in-one Rain or Shine Suit with Puddle Buster Wellies and matching socks with grippy prints on the soles. Made from recycled plastic bottles, Frugi’s Rain Or Shine Jacket and Suit both also roll up into their own pockets.

 

 

The sustainable outdoor unisex clothing supports work to protect wildlife and habitats.

Completing the collection is a picnic blanket and a variety of accessories made from recycled materials. Highlights include Frugi’s Pack A Snack Lunch Bag, Crafty Pencil Case, Splish Splash Bottle and Adventurers Backpacks. The picnic blanket, meanwhile, rolls up and has a useful carry handle.

The National Trust cares for more than 200 gardens and parks; from small, secret hideaways and kitchen gardens to landscaped lawns and acres of parkland. A minimum of £25,000 from sales of the Garden Growers collection will be donated to the National Trust to support its work in helping wildlife and their habitats flourish.
