Sustainable children’s outdoor clothing and accessories manufacturer Isbjörn of Sweden is celebrating winning the Bäst-i-Test for its bestselling Penguin Snowsuit.
The latest win marks the sixth consecutive time Isbjörn has scooped the accolade, which is in the Premium category of the awards.
Scandinavian Online Test Institute Bäst-i-Test (Best in Test) conducts the popular field test. This involved assessing various winter jumpsuits at a forest school day-care centre during the winter season in Sweden.
Used rigorously on a daily basis over a three-month period, the products were subjected to all weathers and outdoor activities. They also endured repeated washing and tumble drying.
Penguin Snowsuit scored 10 out of 10 points for longevity, outstanding functions, quality and comfort; keeping children both dry and thermally balanced in cold winter conditions.
Staff and parents from the Bäst-i-Test real-life three-month test collectively commented; “This tough yet sustainable snowsuit continues to impress. It stands up to all kinds of winter weather and keeps every single drop of rain and snow out.

The award comes as Isbjörn gets ready to launch five new colour options for the Penguin Snowsuit. The product, which is insulated with PrimaLoft Eco, also has a Bionic Finish Eco fluorocarbon-free DWR for a/w 19.
