Young girl stood in a pink hallway wearing a pink hat, patterned top and a red and purple frilled skirt promoting the Pro-Seller Service by dotte

Kidswear resale platform dotte has launched the Pro-seller Service to help time-poor families earn extra cash by reselling unwanted kidswear. Customers can browse from a list of Pro-sellers, who are some of the most creative and experienced sellers on dotte.

Once they are matched with their chosen Pro-seller, they simply bag up their clothes and send them. The Pro-seller will choose the items they want to sell; style them, photograph them, and list them for thousands of buyers to see. Pro-sellers can also donate or recycle any items that aren’t suitable for resale, or send them back to the customer.

At the end of the month, the customer receives a dotte paycheck. This will be 40% of the profit from all sales made. The customer then has the option to re-invest the money in kids’ clothes on dotte.

Dotte goes beyond other peer-to-peer buying and selling platforms by offering its community easy donation and recycling options

To make shopping second hand feel like new, it also provides curated edits, style guides and brand collaborations with leading childrenswear retailers through its Resale Collective.

Since its launch during lockdown in 2020, dotte has become the fastest-growing peer-to-peer marketplace dedicated to kids’ fashion, where parents can buy, sell, donate and recycle their outgrown children’s clothing. The platform currently boasts a wide choice of more than 25,000 pre-loved items of clothing.
