Following the postponement of UK trade shows due to the pandemic, TheMagicTouch is using its showroom and training rooms to host live demonstrations.

TheMagicTouch’s refurbished Dunstable showrooms and training facilities now feature the addition of new HD cameras and enhanced audio features.

This development enables the company to conduct live online demonstrations, technical support and product updates professionally and efficiently to either group sessions or on a one-to-one basis.

Over recent years the company has experimented with Skype, Facetime and various other online options. However, during lockdown, the growing popularity and ease of Zoom has made visual contact with customers a more productive experience.

In July this year, the company completed over 25 product demonstrations featuring the white-toner printer technology. It also hosted 10 separate technical support sessions. These included software tips, tutorials and face mask decoration.

The company pre-books all equipment demonstrations.

TheMagicTouch invites customers to send their chosen artwork in advance for use during the session. All printed samples are then sent to the customer for their evaluation, input and thoughts.

The company also continues to invite customers to attend ‘hands-on demonstrations’ at its facilities in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. TheMagicTouch confirms every precaution and safety measure will continue to be implemented whilst we slowly move out of lockdown.
